Also referred to as Yue Lao, a deity who arranges marriages. He sent Su Jin back to 1975 and tied her red string of fate to Jiang Heng. He is portrayed as somewhat cowardly and sneaky, primarily motivated by achieving his performance quota and getting five-star reviews. He claims Su Jin's standards were too high which is why he found Jiang Heng. He can appear and disappear at will and produces items from nowhere like a tiny notebook.
