A monk with white eyebrows hanging almost to his cheeks at Anfu Temple on Tianzhu Mountain. He looked serene and wise like an enlightened master. He was able to read birth charts and revealed that She Chen carries the aura of a true dragon. He spoke in metaphors about broken prayer beads and destiny, warning that once everything comes together it may bring calamity of bloodshed. Other monks addressed him as Master Cihai.
