Young Master Manny, a drunk nobleman and son of Marquis Torres. He was abusive toward Margaret and the new tea girl at the Moulin Rouge. He demanded the girl serve him and attacked Margaret when she intervened. He called his six warriors to kill Rein, which led to their execution under Empire law. He was terrified of Rein after witnessing the killings.
