An elder of the Song family, referred to as Great-Grandma. She receives New Year gifts from Song Chunhua, including red bean cakes and candied winter melon. She prepares pickled radish strips, tofu cabbage soup, and stir-fried greens for the family dinner. She restrains herself from scolding the grandchildren on New Year's Day.
