Also known as Ma Youchang, the Prefect of Yuewei and brother of Ma Jichang. He was described as one of Zhuge Liang's prized aides and the defender of Jieting. He was loquacious and exchanged quotations and references with Zhuge Ke during the diplomatic banquet.
