Female minor character, Ma Liang's blind grandmother who raises him. Her health has worsened, and all their money goes to treatment. She pats Ma Liang's head affectionately and advises him to help Gu Zuozuo gather dry firewood for winter. She receives wild chicken meat from Gu Zuozuo via Ma Liang.
