An old veteran from the War of Resistance who drove a donkey cart in the brigade. He never married and had no children. He was injured in the war and could have been supported by the brigade, but insisted on contributing to socialism. The brigade arranged for him to drive a donkey cart, giving him eight workers' worth of work points. He picked up Shen Zhengliang at the hospital gate.
