Male supporting character. The head of the Luo family and Luo Meihui's biological father. He initially wanted to keep Luo Jiaojiao at home because of her beauty, hoping she could marry into a wealthy family and support them. He ignored Luo Meihui's sabotage attempts against Luo Jiaojiao. He gives Luo Jiaojiao 100 yuan and offers another 200 yuan. Upon discovering Luo Meihui stole the money, he slaps her in front of everyone out of shame.
