A chubby man with glasses who previously confessed to Xia Xiaoman and was rejected. He falsely accused her and Huang Yao of prostitution afterward. He now associates with Brother Leopard, robs people leaving the black market, and has accumulated valuable stolen goods including a solar-powered generator. He lives in a four-story building with guards.
