The father figure of Luo Qi Qi and Luo Shitou. He is protective and responsible, carrying Xu Yunxuan on his back during their escape. He initially worries about food supplies but is relieved when Luo Qi Qi brings back hidden bandit spoils. He agrees to take the dangerous mountain path and shows appreciation for his daughter's preparedness.
