Also known as Luo Er or Second Master Luo. He is the second son of the Luo family. He was involved in a conflict with Zhang Weiling and was beaten half to death. Xu Huazhang suspects he set him up, noting that their encounter on the road seemed deliberate and that Luo's efforts to pull them apart during the fight were half-hearted.
