Lu Yi's grandmother who has spent most of her life tending to the family's farmland. She refuses to move in with Lu Yi because her old home is her root and both her husband (Grandpa) and her daughter (Lu Yi's mother) are buried there. She prefers a simple life and does not like expensive jewelry or accessories. Her favorite daily activities are tending her vegetable garden and visiting neighbors. The house in their hometown was renovated by Lu Yi to respect her wishes.
