Daughter of Lin Yangyang and Lu Shiyuan, also called Ningning. She is mute, a condition mentioned in the book. In the original plot, she choked on a candy and was saved by Fang Shuting, but her throat was almost torn in the process. Later in the story, there was a chance to cure her but the risk was high, and the stepmother refused treatment. In this timeline, Lin Yangyang successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver to save her from choking on a candy given by the shopkeeper.
