An outer god who had been sleeping peacefully at the bottom of the ocean until awakened by the battle. A Holy Grail fragment was lodged inside him, which boosted his regeneration to the point of being effectively HP-locked, meaning he could not die. In his Outer God form, he appeared as a monstrous sea creature that latched onto Shibusawa Tatsuhiko's dragon. After being knocked unconscious by Nanaya's Noble Phantasm, he reverted to human form. Shiya stuffed him into the system's space to separate the Holy Grail fragment. He was considered innocent and someone Shiya couldn't bear to destroy.
