Also called Huo Zhanshi, Secretary of the Eastern Palace. Advised the Crown Prince that the King of Chu's rise required caution. Warned that the emperor might be using the Prince of Chu to check the Crown Prince, suggesting many of the Crown Prince's actions had made the emperor wary.
