A local official/judge who colluded with Old Madam Su. He quickly convicted Zhu Da and Wang Shi without hearing their grievances, knowing they were innocent. He had previously ignored reports from village chiefs about the missing girls, thinking they were just children who ran away. He was terrified when Fu Tu and the Emperor appeared.
