Member Two of the Phoenix pirate crew. An arsonist whose exact rank is unclear but at least A-rank. Once a Tower Academy student but his Mental Power developed too violently and no Guide could stabilize him. He refused to undergo Mental Power extraction surgery and escaped the Academy alone.
