The fourth of the four Liu brothers and Liu Meiling's twin. He was the closest to Liu Meiling since childhood. He opposed her marriage to Li Mingliang initially. He was extremely angry upon learning Li Mingliang drugged Liu Meiling and had children with another woman. He punched Li Mingliang during the confrontation.
