Lan Yuchu's high school classmate, currently a captain at the local Public Security Bureau. He served in the military before being forced to retire due to injury. He is the one Lan Yuchu asked to help keep an eye on a suspicious person. He pushed a bicycle and was surprised to run into Lan Yuchu during his run.
