The founding emperor of the Great Han dynasty as described in the History of Han book. He is the eighth-generation descendant of Liu Heng and led ten thousand men to defeat over four hundred thousand troops of the Last Emperor of Qin at the Battle of Kunyang, allegedly using the Great Meteor Summoning Art.
