Fifteen-year-old son of Liu Qing Yang and Song Xiao Lan. He pushed Liu Shuhuai into the river while Liu Shuhuai was washing clothes, causing him to fall ill with a fever. He is arrogant and disdainful toward Liu Shuhuai. He is studying for the Tongsheng exam with hopes of becoming a Xiucai, which his teacher Liang Chang-Heng believes he can achieve.
