Jiangling Prefect who colluded with the Mount Qi Bandits. He embezzled disaster relief funds under threat from Governor Xu Fangyong, who threatened his only daughter. He gave away most of his family wealth to help flood refugees and used his share of bandit loot for disaster relief. His daughter is married to Xu Fangyong's son.
