One of the two soldiers who escorted Si He and Qing Bao. He and his brother Liu Gengxin are known as the Wanxiang Gengxin brothers. They were saved by Qing Bao from evil spirits and kowtowed to her in gratitude. They bought an ox cart for Si He and Qing Bao using silver saved from their military camp years. Liu Wanxiang slapped his brother's forehead when he showed inappropriate thoughts about Si He.
