Also referred to as Lord Shangshu and the Master of the Liu Estate. He is the High Secretary and father of Liu Qingyu, Liu Qinghuan, and Liu Qingwu. He deeply cherishes Liu Qinghuan. He went to the Hou Manor after morning court and returned with heavy faces after learning of Liu Qingyu's death.
