Village chief of Sihe Village and husband of Zhao Chunmei. He inherited his position partly due to crossing the Yang family. He is frustrated with his wife for constantly picking fights with the Jiang family and dragging him into trouble. He threatened to cut ties with his wife if she continues causing problems. He gave in to the villagers' demands and adjusted the Liu Quanwang family's work points.
