Also known as Master Liu or Chef Liu, he is a plump-faced chef at the military cafeteria. He was formerly a soldier but had to leave active duty after a penetrating injury to his left calf during a mission. He transferred to the kitchen to stay in the army. He usually lets Lu Ming'an eat whatever the soldiers eat but specially prepared dishes for him to take home.
