Liu Chenghe is a minor antagonist and a Team Leader in Qinghe Shelter City. He is a mental type ability user who can control animals, as demonstrated by his control of a crow for surveillance and his pet green bamboo snake named Qingqing. He has a scar across his forehead, giving him a fierce appearance. He wears leather gloves, military boots, and dark green overalls. He is greedy and exploitative, demanding entrance and accommodation fees from ability users while planning to sell ordinary survivors as slaves for profit. He is confrontational and has a tense standoff with Li Yanting over the killed crow, ultimately accepting 50 zombie cores as compensation.
