Son of Lin Changjin, two years older than Lin Yongcheng. He and Yongcheng played together as children and were primary school classmates. Yongliang dropped out early and was not selected when soldiers came to recruit. He is meticulous and is learning to drive a tractor from Lin Yongcheng.
