Also known as Fei Xin, an Omega with pure black short hair. He is the son of He An and President Lin. He met Nian Keyi before Keyi left the Federation when he needed to stay at the Yuan Wang Army's stationed star. He ships the CP between Chu Bai and Nian Keyi and enthusiastically discussed Mu Ling Star's jade custom. He introduced himself as Professor Chi at the auction and helped He An request Chu Bai's help translating ancient books. He had starry eyes during the first half of Chu Bai's lecture but left for the auction in the second half.
