An elderly local landowner at Lin Family Village, also referred to as Brother Lin. He is Zhou Yiniang's old flame and is having an illicit relationship with her. He enjoys playing with fire. He proposed that Zhou Yiniang become his Lady Lin if she wants to stay permanently. His valuables were stolen by Shen Wan during the fire chaos.
