A nearly 60-year-old senior scientist who is a 3-discipline expert in Machinery, energy, and Biology. He served as vice dean of United Government Academy of Sciences and led several large-scale scientific research projects. He became hemiplegic after personally testing a drug on himself as a test subject, which he had discovered through lab mouse experiments in an attempt to cure his grandson. He is currently convalescing at the No. 11 underground city medical center.
