Also known as Boss Liao, he was an antagonist who led over a dozen henchmen at Wanhua Tower. He participated in cruel deeds alongside Qiu Mama and Hu Tianmao but claimed ignorance of the gold and silver schemes until told about them. Under pressure from the threat of torture against his subordinates, he confessed everything he knew. He was sentenced to exile and facial tattooing alongside Qiu Mama.
