The older brother of Liang Shaowen, also a patient at the AΩ Internal Medicine Clinic. He has a punk style with a distinctive mole beneath his eye contrasting with his fair skin. He has well-groomed hands with pale veins visible. He was scolded by Dr. Liang for not taking his medicine on time, the opposite of Zhou Yi's issue. When his fingers brushed against Zhou Yi's earlier, his glands heated up and his usually unresponsive pheromones seemed to stir, suggesting a possible compatibility with Zhou Yi. He is contemplative and somewhat indifferent but internally affected by his encounter with Zhou Yi.
