A hooligan-type worker and Factory Director Tao's wife's nephew. He was assigned as Zhang Aimin's apprentice. He colluded with cronies to steal scrap metal from the machinery factory and participated in sexual assaults of women. He drove one girl to suicide. During the Strike Hard campaign, his crimes would have led to heavy sentences.
