Su Wanwan's childhood friend from Zhoukou Village. She is soft-spoken and suffers under her sister-in-law's abuse, doing all the laundry. Her thin arms bear purple marks from pinching. Wang Laizi had saved two taels of silver to marry her, but her parents thought the amount was too little. She was nearly bullied by Wang Laizi at the river but was saved by Su Wanwan.
