A man who dropped out of school before finishing junior high, worked at an auto repair shop, and was often in trouble. He was the driver of the vehicle that collided with Fu Chengsheng's car during the accident. He died abroad last year, apparently beaten to death by debt collectors. He was the distant nephew of Dong, a former driver for the Lu family.
