Patriarch of the Li family, father of Li Shan, Li Da, and Li Bai. He is rigid, face-conscious, and greedy. He initially filed a false police report accusing Shen Ning of abducting the children in order to claim Li Shan's pension. When confronted by police, he tried to strike his wife Zhu Darong and later attacked Liu Yunzhen. He became visibly excited and greedy upon learning about the pension. He was eventually bailed out of the Public Security Bureau by Li Song.
