Antagonist, a bulky man in a military coat who cuts in line at the cooperative and pushes Liu Meiling, causing her to fall and injure her head. He boasts about his connection to Deputy Director Liu Zhuang. He is later beaten by Liu Zhengyu and Liu Zhengfeng, and forced to apologize and compensate Liu Meiling.
