The leader of Qingyun Sect's Law Enforcement Hall, known as the most dreaded Asura in the Lower Three Immortal Realms. Though only at the Golden Immortal level and rarely leaving the sect, his name strikes fear even in Daluo Golden Immortals. He led a massacre a hundred years ago where hundreds perished and blood pooled into a sea. He arrived at Beast Island bearing the Sect Master's order to kill Chen Xi.
