The mainland head of the Yihe Society, originally from Hong Kong. He was once a small-time, ostracized leader in Hong Kong and was essentially exiled to the mainland during China's reform and opening-up. He built the mainland Yihe Society from scratch, expanding into shady businesses and defeating rival gangs. At his peak, mainland profits surpassed Hong Kong headquarters. However, his power has declined as his hall masters now keep all profits and only pay token dues. He is hosting a birthday banquet at his manor.
