Lin Wanjun's cousin-in-law and the deputy director of the First Pharmaceutical Factory. He is ten years older than Song Zhanjin, studied abroad, and has two sons and a daughter. In the original plot, he died while delivering life-saving medicine to Li Yuetang, and his death was caused by the vicious supporting character (the original Lin Wanjun).
