The antagonist from the Qingping News backstory. He studied abroad for twenty years and returned with a heinous crafting technique using human skin and bones. He murdered his nineteen-year-old daughter-in-law on the third day of her marriage, then killed his son and wife in a vengeful frenzy. He created the first oiled paper umbrella from the bride's body, incorporating her lotus-shaped birthmark into the design. He spread the craft to other Li family men and later to all men in Qingping Town. He was the first victim of the skinless monster, his body dismembered and plastered around the room.
