An older male representative of the Li family from the Third Ring who came to claim Vincent's (Li Zheming's) estate. He was more persuasive and decisive than the younger representative. He argued against challenging the will publicly to avoid damaging family reputation and exposing their bribery of Third Ring police to suppress the missing persons notice over six years.
