The Village Chief and Ye Manshu's maternal uncle. He is known for protecting Ye Manshu and anyone who bullies her faces his retaliation. He initially wanted to refuse Ye Manshu's food gift but was won over by the delicious aroma. He is one of the three great-uncles who doted on Ye Manshu.
