He is the only son of a Grand Duke from the Webster family, one of the few Grand Dukes of the Empire second only to the Imperial Royal Family. His mother is Madam Dinah from a renowned noble family. He is a genius mecha mechanic who at age 16 could design and build an S-rank mecha, and is the darling of the First Imperial Research Institute. He is a die-hard fan of Admiral Shi and initially confronts Xi Xiuran out of anger over his idol's marriage. He is naive, straightforward, and easily fooled, described as an elementary school chicken or childish brat.
