Male, Hanlin Daxueshi and current Taifu, Gan Cai'er's former husband. Gan Cai'er once betrayed him, making him the biggest laughingstock in all of Jingdu and nearly ruining his career. He is cold and dismissive toward her, calling her gifts crude. He holds a jade pendant which he gives to Zhang Bo to give to Fu'er. He remains indifferent when hearing about Gan Cai'er's visit.
