Ryan's foster father and a blond old man who spent nearly his entire life serving as the butler for the Axi Count family. When he first adopted Ryan he was kind, but later became extremely strict, training Ryan to the brink of collapse daily in swordsmanship, martial arts, and horsemanship. He sent Ryan to the knight order at age 14. On his deathbed he requested that Ryan take his place as caretaker of young Miss Nanali. He passed away shortly after Ryan swore his knight's oath of protection.
