Male, Lin Weihong's brother-in-law and Lin Chunlai's husband. He is a gambler who lost the compensation money given to the Lin family by the army. He is abusive toward his wife Lin Chunlai and frequently beats her. He came to the Lin family home hoping to get something of value to exchange for money to make back his gambling losses. He was deterred by Tan Jianhua and the brigade men but remains a threat.
