A broker (similar to a modern real estate agent) who lives in Yong'an Town on West Street in an upscale area. He is the son of Lü Yan's maternal uncle and is quick-witted. He helped Song Xuechuan and Xia Yuanfeng find and rent two courtyards on West Street. He refused to charge handling fees since they are relatives.
