A veteran Exploration Division officer holding the rank of Senior Police Sergeant. He escorted Rakuna to the Odawara Police Station and conducted part of the interrogation. He brought a salted mackerel rice ball from a convenience store to feed Rakuna, who reacted with extreme gratitude. He received a phone call during interrogation about a 'big shot' wanting Rakuna to stop streaming immediately.
